Amanda GERMIZI

Amanda graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law from City St George's, University of London and is a valued member of the team at Kreston Solicitors. Fluent in both English and Albanian, she is able to assist a diverse range of clients, ensuring they feel supported and fully informed throughout their legal journey. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional client care and providing practical legal support with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.

Amanda works primarily in the firm's Immigration and Family Law departments, where she assists with a broad range of legal matters. In immigration, she prepares and manages applications including spouse and partner visas, family route applications, visitor visas, indefinite leave to remain, British citizenship applications, fee waiver applications, fresh claims, and other immigration matters. She works closely with clients to gather supporting evidence, prepares application bundles, drafts legal correspondence, and ensures each application is completed accurately and efficiently.

Alongside her immigration work, Amanda assists with family law matters, including divorce proceedings, financial remedy applications, child arrangements cases, consent orders, and other court applications. She supports solicitors throughout every stage of a case by preparing legal documents, managing case files, liaising with clients and third parties, and helping ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently.

Amanda's legal education and practical experience have enabled her to develop strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
