Atescan ATES

Atescan is a Trainee Solicitor with extensive experience in property law and conveyancing. He assists individuals, businesses, landlords, tenants and property investors with a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, supporting clients throughout their transactions and helping them navigate the legal process clearly and efficiently.

He also assists clients with property-related disputes, contractual disputes and money claims. In all matters, balanced advice, tailored meticulously around needs, guides his approach. He aims to provide practical and commercially focused guidance while ensuring that clients remain informed at every stage.

Atescan is fluent in both English and Turkish and regularly assists Turkish-speaking clients. Alongside his legal practice, he is a member of the Human Rights Commission of the Fédération des Barreaux d'Europe.

Outside of his legal career, Atescan is also the co-owner of a football club that has been operating since 2024.
