Ergun EREN

Ergun Eren is a Director and Licensed Conveyancer at Kreston Solicitors and is one of the founders of Kreston Law Limited. He specialises in residential and commercial property law and has extensive experience advising individuals, investors, landlords, tenants and businesses on a broad range of property transactions.

Before joining and helping to establish Kreston Law Limited, Ergun gained valuable professional experience working within a number of corporate firms. This experience provided him with a strong commercial background and helped shape his practical, proactive and client-focused approach to legal work.

Ergun advises clients throughout all stages of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions. He also has experience dealing with more complex property matters, including title issues, restrictive covenants, easements, leasehold requirements, lender conditions and other matters which may arise during the conveyancing process.

In addition to his residential property work, Ergun advises on commercial property matters, including commercial purchases and sales and the negotiation and completion of commercial leases. He understands the commercial considerations involved in business transactions and aims to provide advice which is both legally sound and commercially practical.
