Gulkem is a dedicated Paralegal with experience across residential and commercial conveyancing, immigration, asylum, and visa applications.

Within the firm's property department, Gulkem assists clients with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, including property sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and commercial property matters.

Alongside her property law experience, Gulkem has developed valuable expertise in immigration law, assisting clients with a range of applications including ECAA extension applications, indefinite leave to remain, family reunion, spouse visa applications, and fee waiver requests.

Fluent in English and Turkish, Gulkem is able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
