Meryem ANNAK

Meryem is a law graduate and currently works within the Immigration and Asylum Department. She is an aspiring solicitor with a strong interest in immigration, asylum and human rights law.

Meryem assists clients with a wide range of immigration matters, including applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain, ECAA applications, EU Settlement Scheme applications, visa applications and other routes to settlement in the United Kingdom.

Her experience includes assisting with the preparation of witness statements, legal representations, appeal bundles and other supporting documents. She also works on complex matters involving deportation, immigration detention, temporary admission, immigration bail and judicial review proceedings.

Meryem understands that immigration and asylum cases can be stressful and life-changing. She is committed to ensuring that clients feel supported, informed and treated with care throughout every stage of their case.

Meryem is fluent in Turkish.
